Madeira cake
Ultramel custard
1 x 250ml fresh cream whipped with 2 tablespoon icing sugar
Fruits of your choice I used koo can fruit
Pecan nuts
Make jelly according to instructions
Set in bowl. I made ghas. Sliced and set at the bottom of the bowl.
Soak pieces of madeira cake in milk.
Layer cake, ultramel custard, fruits of your choice nuts and pipe fresh cream. Decor with fruit and nuts.
