Ingredients:
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon rough red chillies
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1kg hake pieces
Oil for shallow frying
Sauce-
60g butter
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried parsley
125ml fresh cream
Marinate fish
Boil sauce ingredients. Leave aside.
Heat pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Add sauce to pan and add fish. Cook, basting fish until done.
Serve with chips.
