1 teaspoon green chillie
1 teaspoon dhanna Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ cup aamli juice
Tomatoe paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chicken spice
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon crush red chillies
Marinate fillet or chicken,make butter hot in pot, add few curry leaves, when it sizzles add in chicken and when done Garnish with dhania (coriander)
