Saucy Chops

Marinate chops with the following
2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon crushed garlic/ robertsons1 teaspoon suhana kashmiri masala2 teaspoon dhana jeerooarad (Turmeric) (tumeric powder)Salt to taste Lemon juice
Add ghee (Clarified butter) to your put and cook chops till almost done
Then stirfry a pepper and onions and add to chops
Lastly add maggie ¼ cup chillie garlic sauce3 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
And slice potatoes and place on top and cook till done
Garnish with dhanya sesame seeds and feta
Enjoy with rolls/roti
