1 kg steak pieces1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon brown vinegar2 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon orange pepper spicePinch turmeric powder2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
Sauce:1 tablespoon tomato sauce½ bottle of Calistos sweet mild peri-peri sauce2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim 2 tablespoon lemon juiceDash dried mixed herbs(Optional- fresh cream)
1. Heat oil in pot, marinate steak and cook with water as needed till just done.
2. Bring sauce ingredients to boil and pour over steak. Redden under grill in oven.
3. Serve saucy with garlic loaf, grilled corn on cob and sweet potato fries.
