Coffee Cakes

INGREDIENTS

COFFEE CAKES

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Beat till fluffy then add
1 and quarter cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat again then fold in
Half cup boiling water mixed with half cup oil and 3 teaspoon coffee.fold lightly
Place in cupcake cases/loaf pan
Bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes

METHOD

ICING
125g butter
1 and half cup icing sugar
Beat till creamy
mix in quarter cup warm milk 4 teaspoon coffee
Add to icing and beat well
