5 slices bread cut in half 3 eggs 30ml milk 1 teaspoon dhana 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) ½ teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon green masala Pinch of arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt Chopped greens
Whisk all ingredients together.
Dip bread in the egg mixture, fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
