1kg Sausages
1 tin Italian tomatoes
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ cup oil
Cook sausages in the oil & tomatoes.Add the chilli powder and a little water.Cook till sausages are cooked through, but not dry.
Add eggs in the spaces between the eggs Place a lid iver the eggs. Cook to your taste.
Garnish with coriander.
