1 kg chicken fillet
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
Ground green chili
1 tablespoon whole jeera seeds
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
kashmiri red chili
2 tablespoon tikka or tandoor spice
1 lemon freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon Robertson chicken spice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to tast
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon tomato paste
marinade preferable over night .
place approx 3 to 4 on each skewer
fry in a pan , oven bake or grill
