1 packet baby marrow spaghetti1 tablespoon olive/coconut oil1 teaspoon crushed garlicPinch ground green chilli1-2 teaspoon peppadew spice1 tablespoon Robertson's veggie spice1 ½ cups Mc'Cains french stir frySoy sauce (to taste)2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat oil, add garlic and chilli and stir fry for few seconds.Add baby marrow and stir fry for 3min. Remove from wok.Add veggies and spices. Stir fry till just tender. Add in marrow spaghetti, sauce and sesame seeds.Toss together and coat well.Serve hot.
Note: I do not add salt in this dish as the sauce and spices are salty. Cooked chicken or beef strips may be added to dish.
