For the dough:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet yeast
1 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
Filling:
500g chicken cubes
Cook chicken as desired. Add sauce.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add water and milk. Nead dough till pliable and elastic. Leave to rise in a dish till double. Punch down and measure out equally. Spoon mixture and pinch closed. Leave to rise again for 15 minutes.
Brush egg and sprinkle til or herbs. Bake till golden brown. Ready to freeze
