Wors Pies

Ingredients:
2kg wors
Red chutney
Butter puff pastry
Egg wash
Steam wors in pot until just done. Allow to cool completely.
Cut wors into pieces.
Roll out pastry on floured surface. Cut rectangle pieces.
Cut pastry in proportion to wors.
Spread chutney on inside of pastry. Place wors and roll ends under of wors sealing pastry.
Brush with egg wash and freeze in airtight container.
Bake in preheated oven at 180degC until pastry is puffed and golden.
