½ kg chicken fillets
2-3 tablespoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon Garam masala
2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon garlic
Salt to taste
½ packet Shan tandoori chicken masala
1 juice of lemon / 1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Chana Flour
Take chicken add all ingredients mix well. Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Shallow fry on medium to slow flame. Until brown or cook chicken completely done. Sprinkle some chopped mint,chat masala and lemon juice. Serve hot. ❤Enjoy ❤
