2 large zuchinni's (Courgettes) I used baby ones could not get the large ones
Make large slits in the zuchinni's
Drizzle olive oil in bottom of a oven proof dish
Lay zuchinnis in dish open every slit and stuff with grated mozzarella cheese
Mix ⅓ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon oregano ( I used fresh oregano from my garden)
1 teaspoon basil ( I used fresh basil frm garden
1 to 2 teaspoons paprika
¼ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) powder
¼ teaspoon gharum masala
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
Mix all together
Cover zucchini a wth some grated mozzarella
Drizzle the oil mixture over
Bake 180•C .... 20 minutes
