Ingredients1 chicken (cut in pieces)1 large onion (sliced)1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) spice1 teaspoon Thai spice1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon mayonnaise½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder125ml Lancewood sour cream (or more)¼ cup french chives (chopped+ garnish)
METHOD
1. Saute the onion in oil till lightly golden.2. Add in the ginger, garlic, chillies, spices and lemon. Braise for few seconds.3. Add in the washed chicken and cook until no liquid remains.4. Add sour cream & chives, mix in.5. Cook till sour cream thickens.6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.7. Serve with roti/garlic butter naan.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
