500 grm mutton mince 1 big size onion chopped 2- teaspoon whole dhana seeds crushed roughly 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) crushed 1 teaspoon crushed red chili Salt to taste 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon Garam masala 3- tablespoon Chana flour 1- extra large egg
Mix all ingredients together and need like a dough … and keep this in the freeze for 10-15 minutes … now give them Kabab shepe and sallow fry on medium flame … serve with chutney …
