In hot oil fry 1 sliced onion till soft and light brown then add 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste. Mix well for 1 minute. Now add 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder salt 2-3 tablespoon water and 2-3 chopped tomatoes mix well cover and cook for 5 minutes or until everything softens. Now add 500 grm chicken mix on high heat for 2-3 minutes then add1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 2 teaspoon coconut desiccated 2 green chilies ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala while mixing add ¼ yogurt ¼ cup fresh cream and 1 teaspoon flour mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes then add 2tdp ginger cut into julienne and chopped coriander. Now another pot or Handi pot heat 2-3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and add chicken mixture and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes then sprinkle more coriander and mint. Lastly give co
