3 cups flour... 4 tablespoon melted butter rub add
3 teaspoon baking powder.¼ teaspoon salt..
¾ cup sugar
Mix well
Beat 2 eggs add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence..( keep little aside to brush last)
Add to flour mixture
Now add ¼ cup maas or yoghurt
Mix to a soft dough using
Warm water and milk
Knead well
Roll out in large roti smear with
4-5 tablespoon apricot jam.all over the roti
Dust little flour over.
Now roll up tight like a swiss roll..
Place on lined tray place a few minutes in freezer
Cut yur rounds mould it properly
Brush with left over egg vanilla mix
Place on greased tray..
Bake -+ 20-25 minutes at 180*..
Grill if u need to brown
When cool...
dust icing sugar optional..
Decorate with piped jam on the whirls if u like extra sweet.
