Recipe from indian delights
1 kg mince
3 teaspoon crushed green chillies
4 teaspoon baking powder
4 egg yolks
6 slices white bread
1 bunch chopped dhania (coriander)
2 teaspoon pepper
Half teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon salt
1 large grated onion
Chopped shalllot
Squeeze out water from mince
Soak bread in water..squeeze out water
Mix all ingredients together..shape into kebaabs..dip in whisked egg white and fry in shallow oil..bake for 10 minutes...serve with pita/chips etc
