Lemon butter sauce: 60g butter 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Cut wash and drain fish.Make a paste with:Maziena, salt, pepper, fish spice chillies, and lemon juice.Marinade ± 2 hoursDip fish in flour, fry in hot oil.Before serving, put fish into an oven proof dish pour lemon butter sauce over fish. Grill 5-10 minutes on 180°c.
