500g cubed chicken fillet
white pepper powder
Green chillies to taste
Ginger garlic paste
3 TB jalapeno sauce
3 TB hot sauce
1 tb lemon juice
grated cheese (optional)
Beaten egg and bread crumbs
ghee (Clarified butter)/oil to cook
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) / oil,add in chicken fillet,cook with green masala and all spices until almost dry. Add in sauces and stir well. When cool fill as a samoosa, dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs,fry in hot oil
