Take 500g mutton with bones. Wash. Now boil with : 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon black peppercorns 3-4 cloves cinnamon stick ½ teaspoon fennel seeds ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 medium size onion slice 3-4 cups water and put for boiling. Take oil and fry 2 medium size sliced onions till golden brown. Take out from pan and drain on kitchen paper. Let it cool and crush it. Same oil add 3-4 grated tomatoes ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon garlic little bit salt. Cook 5 minutes now add: 1-½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Shan korma masala mix cook them 5-10 minutes just keep stirring with little water. After that add 2 tablespoon double thick yogurt,fried onions & mutton. Cook till the oil is separated. Now add little water and chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot with roti,naan or rice.
