INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla ess
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
1 ¼ cup flour
3 level teaspoon baking powder.

METHOD

Beat together eggs and sugar for 6 minutes
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture
Add oil and water to mixture
Give 3 second beat .
Dont overbeat
Grease pan with spray and cook and sprinke flour
Add in batter
Place in preheated oven on 180
Bon apetit
