Ingredients:Fatima's sliced pattha Samoosa pur (pastry)Lai (water flour paste)
1. Cut pattha slices into quarters. This should give you approx 4 dzn pieces.2. Cut samoosa pur in half lengthwise.With 2 strips, place pur in a cross shape [ + ] meeting at the center OR in a capital "L", with the two ends meeting. 3. Place pattha piece in center of the "+" or at the spot joining of the "L" and wrap the one strip inwards, then the other strip until a square is formed.4. Seal together with lai.(Freezer suitable now)5. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat till golden and crispy on either side.Serve with red chutney.
