Cheese & Salami Samoosas

INGREDIENTS3 cups grated gouda cheese3 cups diced salami2 onions (diced fine)2 teaspoon ground green chillies (to taste)
METHOD1. Steam salami until just done.2. Cool before adding to cheese.3. Add onion and chillies and mix altogether.4. Fill in samoosa pur. Seal with lai (water flour paste) and freeze.
(Makes 6-8 dzn samoosas depending on size of pur and how full you fill pur)
