Tip is always keep some syrup aside and add as you require500 g klim or nespray1 teaspoon melted butter¼ tin nestle creamRub well and put in food processor Make syrup1 ¾ cup Normal sugar+- 1 ¾ cup water (use Rose water if u have available)Add rose essenceMake syrupSlightly stringyAdd klim mixtureTo syrup1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)mix and cook well on stove few minutesLeave to setThen mould or cut shapesDecorate with almonds
(Optional sprinkle pinch of Elachi (cardomom) again on topWith small pinch crushed saffron)
