Ingredients
1/2lb Butter
3/4cup Icing Sugar
1cup maizena (corn flour)
1/4cup Oil
2cups flour
4 Flake chocolate crushed into pieces
Method:
Cream butter and sugar till light. Add rest of ingredients & beat well. Add flour gradually to make a soft dough. Fold in flake with your hand or wooden spoon. Pipe through nozzle & bake. Drizzle brown chocolate.
For the perfect drizzle
Melt Few choc in microwave, add 1tblsp Oil & mix well. Pour into mini Ice Packets, make a knot at the top, cut a small hole on the 1corner, and drizzle over biscuits
