¾ cup chana flour
¼ cup soji (semolina)
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
1 full teaspoon green ground chilli
Pinch of hing (optional)
¼ cup yoghurt
¾ cup water
Mix well now add 1 teaspoon ENO
Make soft cake batter
Set aside for 10 minutes to froth and double in size
Grease small tray or taali
With 2 tablespoon oil
Pour batter
Steam for 15 minutes
till skewer cums out clean
Cool few minutes
Cut

Little Rye (black seed).Jeeru (Cumin) (till.optional)
