2 litre tomato sauce
Any chilli garlic sauce
Mix
In pot add a bit of oil
curry leaves
Little whole Jeeru (Cumin)
Till ..sesame
Rye (black seed)
Braise then add 1 full teaspoon again crushed garlic
Add ¼ cup akalwaya pickle masala
Braise add all sauces
Add ½ cup vinegar
Add sugar to taste maybe 1 cup
and bring to boil
Cool
For variations:
Add fruit chutney u liquidise with vinegar
Add soft liquidised khajoor
Add a bit of amli (tamerine) juice
