Ayeshis Breakfast For The Soul
INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
1 banana
1 kale leaf
A few english spinach leaves
A small orange
4 strawberries
¼ cup water
METHOD
Steam kale and spinach. Set aside.
Using nutribullet or blender combine cooked leafy greens ( kale and spinach) along with fruit and water. Drink up and feel amazing and energized!
