1 chicken cut in 1/4s and make slits on chicken
pre cook steam it abit and then
marinade in following
¾ cup yoghurt plain
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon hot chilli powder
2 teaspoon salt
tumeric
11/2garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon paprika
¼ cup oil
4tblspn olive oil
1tblspn sugar
1tspn liquid yellow and liquid red juice of a lemon tablespoon melted butter
Let chicken marinate in all ingredients at least over night baste chicken with left over marinade while you braai (bbq) serve hot with extra lemon wedges and hot chips salad
