Greek Sushi

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
Olives sliced
Tomato chopped
Feta crumbled
Red onion diced
Hummus
Freshly cracked black pepper
Method-
With a Vegetable peeler, peel long slices.
Place 2 slices together.
Smooth on hummus & top with veg & black pepper.
Gently but firmly roll cucumber closed and place down. Serve immediately.
