Coconut And Elachi Pancakes / My Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour pinch salt 5 tablespoon castor sugar ( more if you eat sweeter )1 egg 2 tablespoon oil 300 to 500ml milk ½ to ¾ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder 5 tablespoon desiccated coconut ( add less or more )
METHOD
Add flour , sugar , salt in a bowl , make like a hole in the center
crack the egg in the center add the oil and ½ cup milk
start slowly mixing , adding 300ml milk first , make a smooth batter
now add in the Elachi (cardomom) powder and coconut , mix it in
add more milk if necessary the batter must be runny .
using a non stick pan add batter swirl and allow pancake to brown 1 side
turn and few seconds the other side
all done . ( DO NOT USE OIL IN PAN )
serve with nestle cream
