Fave Eid Kebabs, its that time of the year againπ₯°π
@Fouziah Pailwan - Alhamdulillah it came out good. I had to bake it a bit longer coz it wasn't looking done so it came out abit flat. But otherwise Alhamdulillah it was good! β€οΈ. Jazakillah π
@Fouziah Pailwan - I'm making it rn, is the knife supposed to come out completely dry? It's baking for quite long but not completely done? π Did I do something wrong? π
@Fouziah Pailwan - Alrighty! Jazakillah. Can't wait to try! π€€
@Fouziah Pailwan - So the 1 cup in the cake and the quarter cup in the topping?
@Fatima A Latif - No problem at all β€οΈ
@Fatima A Latif - Jee I did process the bread first, anyway I was making it that day for Eid lol. I didn't add anything and made it just like that, was very hard to form, so I used a piping bad and piped into the frying pan, came our tastier than the last time and got finished at the first serving lol. Jazakillah Khairan tho. Will use above tip in future
Aslmz, hope you are well. I've made these Kebabs before, but this time it's come out very very soft π. Any idea why? And what can I do to fix it?π

Aslmz, does anyone have a nice mug cake recipe (flop proof!) please.
@Feeding The Family - Jazakillah for the tip. I always make my doughs using kenwood chef. I added milk and it helped! Jazakillah Khairan πΈβ€οΈ
Aslmz π. I'm making milk tart and the biscuit dough has come out very crumblyπ. I added more butter but still can't roll out, it's breaking, what do I do? Where did I go wrong ππ€¦π»
