1kg chicken mince5 slices bread (processed) 1 cup milk2 eggs1 & ½ teaspoon fine coriander powder (dhania (coriander))2 teaspoons cumin powder (jiro)¼ teaspoon black pepper2-3 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons crushed garlic2 teaspoons Sujees green masala 2 tablespoons freshly chopped greens
First process bread. I used 1 kg chicken cubes and added all the ingredients to my processor and processed till combined.
Form into small long kebabs
You can now bake and freeze. I didn’t bake I froze after forming kebabs.
When ready to use allow to thaw.
In a pot add lemon butter sauce and cook on low heat. Once cooked drizzle a spoon of lemon butter sauce over and serve. I served with puris.
