Kebab1/2kg chicken mince 1 onion chopped1 slice of bread made into crumbs (or about ¼ cup ready breadcrumbs)1/4 teaspoon Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon dhanna/Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon cajun/chicken spice2 teaspoon ginger/garlic1 egg chilli powder & salt to your tastecoriander Sauce1 onion, chopped1 tin chopped tomato (blended till smooth)2 -4 tablespoon tomato puree1 teaspoon dhanna/Jeeru (Cumin) powder1/2 teaspoon Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon turmeric salt /chilli powder to your taste Spaghetti
Kebab1. Blend all the kebab ingredients above in a processor- add extra breadcrumbs slowly if the mixture needs to be made more dry.2. Roll into little round kebabs and leave aside till needed. Sauce3. In a flat medium sized pot, chop 1 onion and fry onions till browned.4. Add in tomato and purée, spices above and salt /chilli powder to your taste, pour in less than 1/4cup water, mix cover cook on low till thick & glossy little oil surfaces on top5. Place the kebabs in , cover and cook for 5min then flip over and cook till done (15 minutes or so - cooks fast).6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander Serve with boiled spaghetti.
