@Fay - **P.S: I masala/spice the fish separately with these spices:

*2 Tbs Chilli powder,
*1 Tbs Tumeric powder,
*1 tsp Jeera powder,
*1 tsp Dhania powder,
*1 tbs Crushed Garlic,
*Salt To Taste.

Add a little Vinegar/Lemon Juice to make a paste....

Smear it all over the fish.
Enjoy ❤

@Kauthar Tiseker - Slmz Kauthar. It's a pleasure to share my recipe. If you omit the tamarind then the curry is not going to taste the same as original. It'll taste like Fish Chutney. You can always substitute Lemon juice for Tamarind Juice. Good Luck 🤗
