125gr Butter/Margarine ¾ Cup Castor Sugar 1 Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1 & ½ Cup Self Raising Flour 2 Ripe Bananas - (mashed) Half Cup Milk
*Preheat Oven @ 170°Cup
*In a pot melt butter & sugar on the stove *when melted, mix with the mashed bananas in a dish, *add egg & beat mixture, then add vanilla, *now add self raising flour & mix until you get a batter, *now add milk to batter & mix until batter is smooth, *pour batter into greased baking tin & bake @ 170°Cup for 40mins.

NOTE: @ 35mins poke batter with toothpick/skewer & check if it comes out clean....if it doesn't then let it cook for that further 5mins
