Salt and pepper Mutton with bindhi

500g curry Mutton pieces
2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
250g bindhi /okra
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
2 teaspoon coconut
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 onion finely chopped
½ cup sour milk
4 tablespoon olive oil
Wash and drain meat.
Wash bindhi /okra, pat dry with a towel. Slit in half lengthwise then cut in half again.
Heat pan with 2 tablespoon oil fry bindhi until it changes color to dark green. Remove from pan Set aside.
Sautee onion with 2 tablespoon oil.
Add the ginger garlic paste and Braise for a minute.
Then add washed meat, salt black pepper, dhana jeeru (cumin), arad (Turmeric), and coconut. Cook until meat is tender.
Lastly add the sour milk and bindhi steam for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped greens serve with Roti.
