METHOD
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with chicken until it browns.Add 1 teaspoon of each :salt, arad (Turmeric), dhania (coriander), jeeru (cumin), pepper chicken spice, Wooster sauce.Braise Add potatoes carrots green peppers cook till chickens cooked.I add some water.Don't burn water out, use for sauce to serve with yellow rice
