Combine all spices with vinegar and rub over chicken. Keep aside.

Now lightly fry paste in oil for 1 minutues. Add crushed garlic,boiled cool rice,chopped mint and coriander,salt to taste,little bit sugar and ajwain seeds. Mix all well. Keep aside for cool. Before stuffing add egg mix well and fill into chicken. Bake at 220 C for about 40 minutues. Until tender. Serve hot.
