Use any saucy Chicken or Steak or Mince FillingKeep aside
1 Medium Potato cut in thin rounds FRIED..season with chilli powder salt & Vinegar
For the Dough1& ½ Cups Flour4 tablespoon Melted ButterMix Rub the above Add1 & ½ teaspoon Baking Powder½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon SugarParsley Mix well Beat only 1 Egg (keep some aside for Egg Brushing ) add;,Some Egg to Maas or Yoghurt or Buttermilk to make a soft dough
Leave dough aside for like 10 minutesThen Roll out and cut discs or shapes in pairsOn one add sauces the other brush with eggThen fillingThen potato chipThen cubed cheeseChopped dhania (coriander)Now take the Egg brushed and place that disc over the fillingPress slightly to closeThen Brush top with Egg againSprinkle Sesame SeedsBake at 180*for +- 18-20 minutes Or Until done it must be light in colour DO NOT OVER BAKE Enjoy😋
