Butternut & chicken salad

3 pieces chicken fillet cut into thick strips Marinate with :
1 tablespoon Calisto prego chicken spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon nandos hot peri peri sauce
1 tablespoon Calisto mild peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Juice of half lemon
Leave to Marinate few hours preferably overnight.
1 medium butternut cut into chunks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
1 avo cubes
2 kiwi slice
Strawberries cut in half
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Chopped cashews / Pecan Nuts
Toss butternut olive oil salt and pepper. Bake on 180 deg for 35-40 minutes until tender.
Grill chicken in oven for 15 - 20 minutes on 180 deg.
Combine all dressing ingredients. When butternut cooked. Mix with the dressing.
Roast nuts and sesame seeds add in chopped dates.
Layer butternut, then chicken pieces on top, then add the fruit topped with roasted nuts sesame seeds and dates.
