Ingredients: Puff pastry Red chutney (savoury dip) Polony slices
Roll out pastry on floured surface. Roll pastry thin. Cut strips of pastry. The pastry strip must be half as thick as the width of polony slices. Smear on chutney. Place 3 or 5 slices of polony on a strip, leaving little dough on the end. The top half of polony slices will stick out forming the petals. Roll the strip, from polony side forming a rose. Preheat oven to 180 deg C and bake till pastry is puffed and golden.
