INGREDIENTS
125g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till light and creamy. Add
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon rose essence
Add
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
¾ cup milk
Rose glacè
8 tablespoon icing sugar
2 teaspoon rose syrup
Water to make glacè
METHOD
Pour into a greased pan and bake on 180 degrees till done. Allow to cool.
