4 eggs ½ cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup sugar ½ cup oil 2 cups flour 4 tablespoon Cocoa 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 cup Luke warm water
16 ferreros cut into halves .
Chocolate sauce : 1 slab dairymilk Wholenut 1 small tin nestle cream 1 tablespoon Nutella
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Beat together the eggs oil and sugar . Sift together the flour , cocoa , baking powder and cream of tartar . Add this to the egg mixture . Whisk the buttermilk add this to the mixture with the vanilla. Lastly add the water , mix just til combined .
Fill batter only halfway up or just a little more in each cup cake holder. Once you done filling knock your pan down on your kitchen counter in order to remove the air bubbles . Bake For about 15 to 20 minutes or until done .
In a pot melt together chocolate and nestle cream on low until the chocolate has melted add 1 tablespoon Nutella and mix well.
Now that the cuppies are completely cooled , cut a hole in the middle of cake , remove the piece add 1 piece Ferrero inside close with the piece that you removed . Repeat until you done with all . If you have remaining Ferrero halves use to place ontop as well . Now spread the chocolate sauce on the cupcakes and decorate as desired .
Approx 24 cuppies .

I didn't add a Ferrero ontop coz I was out of ferreros 😁
