chicken :cut up fillet into cubes 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste ½ freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon mochachos spice 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice 1 teaspoon crushed red chili 1 teaspoon jeera powder 3 tablespoon prego / peri sauce 1 tablespoon mayo oil salt to taste ( add salt after tasting )

Make a soft dough and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.make small balls , approx. 10 to 12 depending on sized. roll out very thin. heat up a tawa m cook both sides 5 to 7 seconds each side, this shouldn't brown like roti .
Marinade chicken overnight or atleast 1 hour .
cook chicken until done .
Assemble :spread some sour creamsauce of your choice , should u wish sliced avo slice cheese jalapeno lettuces chicken close and roll up .
