Ingredients 4 large eggs ¼ cup cake flour 1 cup cooked spaghetti 1 cup frozen corn, cooked in microwave 2 onions, chopped ½ green pepper, cubed ½ punnet baby plum tomatoes, quartered 1 cup grated cheese 2 teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup melted butter 250ml fresh cream 1 teaspoon ground green chilies ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder Pinch turmeric powder
Chicken- 2 cups chicken fillet, cubed 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chillies ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 tablespoon oil
Topping 1 cup grated cheese Freshly ground black pepper Sesame seeds
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C. 2. Cook chicken. Leave aside to cool. 3. Grease a large rectangle pyrex/oven proof dish. 4. Mix all ingredients well. 5. Pour into greased oven proof dish. 6. Sprinkle cheese, black pepper and sesame seeds over. 7. Bake for about 35 minutues till golden. 8. Leave to cool for 5-10min. 9. Cut into squares. 10. Serve as is or with a leafy salad.
