INGREDIENTS

· 1 cup cubed polony.· 1 cup grated cheese.· ¼ cup cubed green peppers.· A handful of chopped coriander.· 1 can sweet corn.· 2 eggs.· 1 medium tomato , cubed.· 1 medium onion , grated.· 3 tablespoon mayonnaise.· Salt and pepper to taste.· 1 tablespoon green chutney.·1 teaspoon of baking powder.· 1 cup of cake flour.

METHOD

· Preheat oven at 200°c.· Mix all the ingredients in a dish.· Spray nonstick cooking spray into cupcake pan.· Fill pan with mixture.· Bake until golden brown.· Allow to cool.

INFO & TIPS

This recipe makes about 30 quishe cakes.
