500ml fresh cream
500 ml sour cream
+/- 1 1⁄2 tins condense milk
2 tins crushed pineapple
3 tins of granadilla pulp
Beat fresh cream and sour cream together until peaks form.
Fold in crushed pineapple with syrup, granadilla pulp & enough condense milk to sweeten.
Place into serving dishes & decorate as desired.
Serve well chilled.
